Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream
I can’t believe you can make the healthiest ice cream using only frozen bananas. The best part is you can eat as much ice cream as you want because is so nutritious!
This ice cream recipe has no artificial sweeteners an all the sweetness comes from the bananas.
Cocoa Powder-2 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Chopped Roasted Nuts-2 tbsp
Bananas should be ripe or they wouldn’t be sweet enough and would leave a bland taste behind.
First peel and cut the banana into slices and then store it in a container.Let it seat in the freezer overnight .
When you get cravings for ice-cream , simply take the frozen bananas put them in a blender add the dd cocoa powder and vanilla(optional) and blend .
Blend it so there will be no banana pieces left.
Eat it straightaway or freeze it for another 2-3 hours its up to you .
You can garnish it with chopped and roasted nuts or even a fruit like strawberry its up to you.
