Recipe: Detoxify your lungs in only 3 days
Eat healthy in order to get a proper detox of the whole body and here is the method which will help you detoxify your lungs in just 3 days.
People that have never smoked in their lives can still have problems with their lungs and people who smoke for 30-40 years can go without any problems.

- Two days before you start stop consuming dairy products
- the night before you start this regime, drink a cup of herbal tea
- squeeze two lemons in 300ml of water
- drink this before breakfast
- drink 300 ml of grapefruit or pineapple juice(rich in antioxidants )
- between breakfast and lunch drink 300ml of carrot juice(to make your blood more alkaline)
- during lunch drink 400ml of any juice that is rich in potassium(it is the key to a successful detox of lungs
-350g green peppers,
-200g watercress salad
Blend to produce around 400ml of juice
Bbefore going to bed drink 400ml of cranberry juice.
