All you need is:
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Egg
-mix the egg in a bowl
-add salt and pepper
– add the parmesan
take the tomato and remove the middle
– put the mixture of egg and parmesan inside the tomato
-put it in a muffin pan
– put it in preheated oven at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes
-perfect combination for great start of the day.
