How to Mend a Broken Toe at Home
I had some problems with my toe and since I hate going on a doctor I set in front of my laptop and started looking and there it was an article on frugallysustainable.com where a girl explains how thanks to her medicine knowledge (she is a nurse) she managed to cure herself.
I love her saying :”I’m just a little crazy.”
So I decided to try her method before going to a doctor .
I said to my self :If it works great and if it doesn’t well I will go on a doctor.
And here is what I did to recover my broken toe:
To reduce swelling, place in small cloth towel ice and the skin wont frostbite.
Let it sit for 15 minutes, then remove it for another 15 minutes.
Apply it between ice packs and relieve the pain almost instantly.
Make your own herbal tincture :
– make Comfrey, St. John’s wort, and Wormwood Salve.
-make this burn and wound salve,
-mix equal parts together (to total one ounce)
-pour 8 ounces of olive oil over them,
-set the mixture to infuse .
Stabilization and elevation.
Broken toe MUST be elevated!
Secure the broken toe to it’s non-broken toe neighbor with some coban, cotton between the toes, and a popsicle stick.
-Eat lots of calcium rich foods, lots of kale, spinach, and greens from the garden.
-Eat more plain yogurt and kefir.
In 4 days I came back to normally:swelling was down,and waiting for the bruises to go away too.
