You will need:
Chilled Cream-1/4 cup
Olive Oil-1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon (or any other flavourless oil)
Salt-1 tsp ( or to taste)
Black Pepper-1/2 tsp
Start by putting the cream to a whipping bowl but the cream needs to be chilled before whipping.
Whip the cream until it starts thickening up and then add some oil .
Add it slowly spoon by spoon and don’t stop whipping it.
You are doing it right if the cream turns thick and creamy.
When you get the proper texture add the other ingredients:the salt,the black pepper and the vinegar .
Finlaly whip once again until it is mixed well .
‘Eggless Mayonnaise’ is ready!!
