Scientist monitored the elasticity, health , function of the vessels ,the lining of the endothelium  and the link to atherosclerosis.

Results:

After 8 weeks the first two groups had good results for the blood vessels.

Another study made on   post menopause women with heart issues showed that workout combined with curcuma reduced the ventricular issues.
