Puffy eyes  can be  reduced  easily with a few natural remedies :

 

1. Egg Whites and Witch Hazel

  • Tannic and Gallic acids are natural anti-inflammations
  • egg whites tighten the skin
  • mix these two ingredients
  • let them  tone and reduce puffiness in the eyes.

2. Potatoes

  • the starch in potatoes has anti-inflammatory properties
  • grate a potato and pack it in a clean washcloth
  • press it to your eyes
  • leave in place for 10-15 minutes.

3. Cucumber

  • slice it up
  • lay it over your closed eyes for 5-10 minutes.

4. Cold Water

  • splash your face with cold water
  •  apply cold compresses directly to the eyes
  • drink water to promote hydration and reduce inflammation.

5. Tea Bags

  • Tea bags can  reduce swelling and inflammation around the eyes
  • put cold, used tea bags twice daily to achieve the desired reduction in puffiness.
