2 T olive oil
2 T maple syrup
-preheat oven to 400°F.
-peel and cut the sweet potato and the beet into bite-sized cubes
-put it into a bowl,add olive oil and half the syrup,
-stir and put it into a nonstick baking sheet
-bake for about 20 minutes (or until potatoes and beets are soft).
Drizzle with the remaining syrup .
